FF Assessment
A Functional Fitness Assessment looks at how your body moves while performing different exercises. We examine your strengths, weaknesses, imbalances, flexibility and stamina to provide personalized exercise recommendations. We are also able to identify potential injury risks or determine the cause of current pain or discomfort.
Custom Programs
One-on-one coaching at my private studio in downtown Honolulu. You will experience a well-rounded session that provides you with the tools to understand and approach your individual recovery and/or training. I will design a program to help you rebuild your core strength, and pelvic floor function, relearn and progress basic movement patterns, and much more. We will lay your foundation, rehab with intention, and build trust in your body. Train smarter, not harder!
